MUTNT Gear 1-Year Limited Warranty

At MUTNT Gear, we build every product to perform. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Coverage

Every MUTNT Gear product is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of original purchase.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, MUTNT Gear will repair or replace it at no cost.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Structural or mechanical failure under normal use
• Hardware malfunctions during regular, intended operation

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification
• Damage from accidents, impact, or improper installation
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers
• Lost or stolen products

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Keep your proof of purchase — it’s required for any warranty claim.
2. Email warranty@mutntgear.com with your name, contact information, and a short description of the issue.
3. Include clear photos or videos showing the problem.
4. Our team will review your claim and provide a return authorization if it qualifies.
5. Once inspected, we’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Limitations

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• MUTNT Gear’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
• MUTNT Gear is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages — including loss of use, time, or equipment.
