Coverage
Every MUTNT Gear product is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of original purchase.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, MUTNT Gear will repair or replace it at no cost.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural or mechanical failure under normal use
- Hardware malfunctions during regular, intended operation
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification
- Damage from accidents, impact, or improper installation
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers
- Lost or stolen products
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Keep your proof of purchase — it’s required for any warranty claim.
- Email warranty@mutntgear.com with your name, contact information, and a short description of the issue.
- Include clear photos or videos showing the problem.
- Our team will review your claim and provide a return authorization if it qualifies.
- Once inspected, we’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Limitations
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- MUTNT Gear’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
- MUTNT Gear is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages — including loss of use, time, or equipment.
