At MUTNT Gear, we build equipment to perform in demanding conditions. We stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture and are committed to taking care of our customers.
If your MUTNT product fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion for as long as you own the product.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If the original product is no longer available, MUTNT Gear may replace it with the current equivalent model of equal or greater value.
What Is Covered
Our Lifetime Field Warranty covers defects resulting from:
· Manufacturing defects
· Defective materials
· Defective workmanship
· Mechanical failures occurring during normal intended use
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
· Abuse or misuse
· Accidents or negligence
· Unauthorized modifications or repairs
· Cosmetic wear including scratches, dents, or finish wear that do not affect performance
· Damage resulting from improper storage or maintenance
· Loss or theft
· Normal wear associated with extended use
Products used outside their intended purpose may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, simply contact our support team.
Please include:
· Your name
· Contact information
· Proof of purchase from MUTNT Gear or an authorized dealer
· Product description
· A brief explanation of the issue
· Photos or video of the problem when possible

Our goal is to respond to warranty requests within two business days.
Depending on the issue, we may repair the product, replace the defective component, replace the entire product, or request that the product be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate solution.
MUTNT Gear reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim qualifies under this policy.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.
If your package arrives damaged, notify us within five (5) days of delivery.
Please retain:
· The original packaging
· Shipping materials
· Photos of the damage
This information helps us process claims with the carrier as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us immediately.
If you purchased Route Package Protection during checkout, claims should be submitted through the Route protection portal.
For orders shipped without Route Package Protection, MUTNT Gear will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, MUTNT Gear cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost or stolen packages, although we will make every reasonable effort to help resolve the issue.
Authorized Dealers
Products purchased from authorized MUTNT Gear dealers are covered under this warranty.
Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required for warranty service.
Purchases made through unauthorized sellers, liquidation outlets, or private-party sales are not covered.
International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping costs associated with warranty service unless prohibited by local law.
